Arriving in the UK

Left from New Jersey on the 4th to London. Ok flight I geuss, I was just trying to remember that my father told me not to worry about the plane going down because if it did the water in the North Atlantic would kill me in seconds or i would die on impact. So thanks dad for those wonderful words. When I got to London they made me go through security about four times, then i was "randomly sellected" to be sreened for explosives. What ever that wasnt to bad, but when i get in line to get my tickets for Edinburgh some 17 year kid was filming me with like a 3000 dollar HD camcorder and i caught him! but he just kept filming me. After an hour flight we got to Edinburgh and i met my not so social study abroad "mates"(not very talkitive or have humerious peole after a full day of flying. It wasnt lke they were flying, the auto pilot was, they just "tired" what ever!
So of course being Americans we went to the bars the first night and then every night after that. A small group of us study abraod guys went to this small under ground music bar and there was nothing but drunk 18 year old who were not very good at dancing but thought they were. We left after a very friendly girl that most likly out weighed me and was not speeking and English I have ever heard before, got very interested in me and another American in my group. Sad thing was we all fell asleep around 11:30pm after battling to stay awake all day.

  1. Dude, remember, it's not the falling out of the sky from a height of 7 miles...it's the sudden stop at the end that causes the real damage!

Sounds like a great few days. Are there any 18 year old drunk kids anywhere in the world that ARE good at dancing? I'm thinking......no.

    Keep writing!
